Our Services
Foxtmedia provides digital marketing services for regulated and high-competition industries, including SEO and digital authority, media buying and press, affiliate recruitment, streaming and influence, market entry, and white-label delivery for agencies. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price of any engagement are set out in the quote, proposal or order agreed between you and us, which together with these Terms forms our agreement.
Quotes, Engagement & Client Obligations
Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated in them and become binding once accepted by you and confirmed by us. You agree to provide accurate information, the access and materials we reasonably need, and timely approvals, and to ensure that your brand, website and campaigns comply with the laws and regulations of the markets you operate in. Delays or inaccurate information on your side may affect timelines and results.
Fees & Payment
Fees are those set out in the applicable quote, proposal or order, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, packages and placements are payable upfront, and ongoing services are invoiced as agreed. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or in cryptocurrency, with the accepted methods and details confirmed on your invoice. To keep your campaigns running without interruption, fees are due as agreed, and services may be paused where payment is outstanding. Fees already paid are non-refundable to the extent the work has been performed or the media secured on your behalf.
Deliverables & Third-Party Media
Certain services involve placements, publications and campaigns on third-party media, publisher sites and platforms. We source and vet every partner with care, and placements covered by a guarantee are replaced if they are removed within the guarantee period.
How We Approach Results
We are confident in our work and focused on outcomes. At the same time, honesty matters to us. Search rankings, traffic and conversions are shaped by factors no agency controls, including search-engine algorithms, competition and regulation, so responsible marketing means we cannot promise an exact ranking or number on a set date. What we do commit to is delivering every engagement to the scope agreed, with the strategy, execution and transparency that give your brand the best possible chance to grow. Any figures or timelines we share are honest projections based on experience, not contractual guarantees.
Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on the Foxtmedia website, including text, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of FOXT LTD or used under licence. You may access it for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not republish, sell, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute our website material without our prior written permission. Deliverables produced for you become yours upon full payment, except for any third-party or pre-existing materials and our own methods, tools and know-how, which remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. We may reference the fact of our work together and non-confidential results for our own marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Prohibited Activities
To keep the site safe for everyone, you agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity through them, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the security or functioning of the website, or transmit content that is defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
Third-Party Links & Framing
Our website may link to third-party websites or display third-party content for convenience. We exercise no control over these sites, do not endorse them, and disclaim responsibility for their content or practices. You may not frame our pages or use our logo or artwork to link to our site without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and its use, and we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall FOXT LTD, its affiliates or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
Term & Termination
Ongoing engagements continue until completed or terminated as set out in the applicable order, or on reasonable written notice by either party. We may suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect fees due for work performed or media secured before it takes effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the website or services after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those having jurisdiction over the registered office of FOXT LTD.
